Our Advanced 3-Step Cylinder Production Procesw

1. Inner Layer Formation

We begin by crafting the inner core of the cylinder using high-density polyethylene (HDPE) — a durable plastic that ensures gas safety and prevents leakage. Air is blown into the material to shape the cylinder’s interior, forming a secure base that keeps the gas well-contained and stable.

2. Strength Reinforcement

To enhance durability, we wrap the inner layer with fiberglass strands coated in a specialized resin compound. This process gives the cylinder exceptional strength and pressure resistance, allowing it to withstand heavy use while maintaining complete safety and structural integrity.

3. Outer Shell Assembly

Finally, we create the protective outer layer using the same HDPE material. This layer adds an extra shield against impact, ensures safe handling, and gives the cylinder a sleek, ergonomic design. The result is a lightweight, durable, and easy-to-carry LPG cylinder built for everyday convenience and long-term reliability.

Our cylinders are available in various sizes and can be customized with or without valves according to customer specifications. They are fully compatible with M26 x 1.5 thread valves, ensuring easy integration and safe operation. For branding and identity, your company logo or sticker can be applied to the upper section of the outer casing within a designated 78 x 132 mm area.
